Ages 7 - 13 recommended ๐โจ Dive into a vibrant underwater world in this colourful mixed-media art class inspired by the beautiful shapes, textures, and movement of coral reefs! Using layers of brightly coloured paper, students will design their own bold coral-inspired compositions before adding intricate patterns, dots, and details with paint markers to create a striking โkaleidoscopeโ effect. Along the way, weโll explore colour, contrast, repetition, and organic shapes while encouraging creativity and individual expression. Beyond creating a beautiful artwork, this class is designed to nurture important developmental skills in a fun and relaxing way. Children will strengthen fine motor skills, concentration, creative thinking, and confidence as they experiment with layering, composition, and pattern-making. The repetitive mark-making process can also feel wonderfully calming and mindful, encouraging children to slow down, focus, and immerse themselves in the creative process. This class is perfect for children who love colour, pattern, and imaginative art-making โ or for those who simply need a welcoming space to relax, create, and express themselves freely. Every artwork will become a joyful explosion of ocean-inspired creativity that children will feel proud to display at home! ๐น No experience needed! KH Creative Studio: Art Class Terms and Conditions I totally understand that life can be unpredictable, so I want to ensure my art classes terms and conditions are clear and easy to follow. Hereโs everything you need to know: Cancellation and No-Show Policy At KH Creative Studio, my art classes require significant time, preparation, and materials to create a meaningful experience for all participants. โ No Refunds or Credits: If you cannot attend an art class or forget to attend, unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds or credits. โ Transfer Your Spot: If you canโt make it, youโre welcome to send a friend or family member in your place to enjoy the art class. Consider it a gift to brighten their day! โ Take-Home Materials: I will do my best to provide materials for you to complete the activity at home. Please contact me via email to discuss this option. Booking Details โ Online Bookings Only: All art class bookings must be made online through this website. Simply add your chosen art class to the cart and proceed to checkout. Gift vouchers or promo codes can be applied during this process. โ Payment and Confirmation: Your spot is secured once full payment is received. Class Minimums and Cancellations by KH Creative Studio โ A minimum number of participants is required to run art classes. If numbers are insufficient and the class needs to be cancelled, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer either: โ A full refund including any booking fees. โ A credit to attend another art class of equal value within 12 months. โ Refunds or credits will not exceed the original purchase price of the art class. Art Class Dates and Reminders โ Double-Check Dates and Times: Please confirm art class details (date and time) when booking on our website. As I'm a one-person-show, reminder texts and emails are not currently on my list of things to do, so itโs a good idea to set your own reminders. โ No Refunds for No-Shows: Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds or credits if you donโt show up for your art class.
